Shipment processing time for jewelry
All orders are processed based on our detailed crafting process. Here's how it works:
- Design and Engraving Review (0-3 Days Since Order): Our artists begin by meticulously reviewing your pet's features, ensuring every key detail is captured for your custom piece of jewelry.
- Cutting and Quality Assurance (4-9 Days Since Order): Your PupRing is then engraved, polished, and packaged. This phase ensures each piece is perfectly crafted to meet our high-quality standards.
- Shipping and Delivery (Beyond 9 Days Since Order): Once your jewelry passes our quality checks, it will be shipped. Shipping then generally takes 6-10 days.
Overall, orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Please note, during high volume periods, there may be a slight delay.
Shipment processing time for non-jewelry related items (Beds, Towers & Tunnels, Toys)
Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order, and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States, and the rest of the world. All shipping services include tracking information.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
