• How do I place an order?

Select your favorite piece, choose the material and personalize it! You can select the number of pendants, add your pet’s name, and upload a clear photo. Then add it to your cart. If you’d like to order more than one, repeat the process before checking out.

• How long does shipping take?

It takes our team 7-10 days to craft the perfect engraving, ensuring your piece is right for you. Once done, it'll be on its way to you which takes 5-10 Days! International orders may take up to 6-11 days, depending on your location! Keep in mind: as soon as your order is shipped, you'll be receiving an email with the tracking number. 

• Do you ship internationally?

 Yes, we do.

• Are they waterproof?

 While our pieces are water resistant, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or using lotions and chemicals. This helps preserve the finish over time.

• What are the necklaces made of? Is it real gold?

 Our pieces are made from Medical Grade 316L Stainless Steel or Pure 18k Gold/Rose Gold Plating.
