Returns Due to Defects or Damage

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

Returns Due to Change of Mind

If you simply don’t love your item:

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
